The owners of this small complex are farmers (Aguacate) who in 2009 decided to transform an old warehouse into 8 rural apartments.
Well integrated into the place, with a nice pool area and large gardens, this small but beautiful complex will surely exceed your expectations.
This particular apartment is on the first floor. It offers spectacular views that you can enjoy from the inside and from the balcony.
Furnished and decorated with good taste, it is also bright and comfortable, You'll love it.
(We provide you with a cot, highchair ... for your baby)

3 Jahre waren wir nicht mehr in La Matanza...jetzt wurde es aber wieder Zeit.
Es war wie immer alles ganz wunderbar auf der Finca. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der neue Wasserspender in der Grillhütte. Eine sehr gute undsee more

Beautiful location with great view on the sea.
It was silent, we had nice neighbours. The apartment was perfectly furnitured and big for two persons. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everthing for coffe and cooking. The pool and sitting arsee more

The pool and sitting area was clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and there are also loungers in a more private area. When the water didn't drain anymore in the shower, Maria was immediatly availaible and when we came back home that day, our problem was solved. I can highly reccomend this apartment to everyone! |

We loved our stay at San Diego! The appartment is big and clean and the view.. ah, the view was stunning! We had appt. 1 (firts floor) and had a great view at the ocean, the El Teide and the swimming pool. A lovely place to rest and relax. You'll neesee more

El menaje de la cocina fue un fallo nuestro, lo siento mucho, no caimos en que eran 3 personas, normalmente ponemos el doble de las personas que vienen. Las camas adicionales, intentamos ponerlas de acuerdo a la edad de la persona que viene, y es algo de lo que no nos sentimos orgullosos, pues no conseguimos encontrar una que sea ligera como para subirla por las escaleras y a la vez que tenga un mínimo de calidad, pero seguimos buscando. De verdad que siento el fallo en estos dos detalles. Una vez más, muchas gracias por alojar alojarse en San Diego Apartamentos, esperamos verlos por aquí de nuevo, Gracias, Enrique |
